Return issue, customer service service issue

I own a walnut case for my 13 max. It’s been a good case and taken care of my phone. It’s falling apart from general duty so I wanted to buy another one. I accidentally ordered the standard size. I processed a return 1/10. It’s over a week and zero response. I’m done waiting and will but a different brand. My point in writing this review is let mous know that they’ve lost a customer. There are so many options and I’m sure it’s hard to establish returning customers in this market. The product, the design, the engineering, didn’t fail, the service did. I was a satisfied customer with reasonable expectations. I don’t care if I get a refund at this point.
